How to achieve integrated cooperation from bottle blowing to vision inspection control and automated packaging?
On September 5th, the China (Cangzhou) Plastic Industry Expo grandly opened at the Cangzhou International Exhibition Center, gathering numerous heavyweight enterprises from the upstream and downstream of the plastic industry chain. Jiangsu Victor Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Victor Machinery”), Anhui Keye Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “KEYETECH”), and Suzhou Tianqi Automation Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tianqi Automation”) jointly showcased a comprehensive solution for the plastic bottle production line featuring a blow molding machine, leak tester, AI fully automatic bottle inspection machine, and packaging machine.
Three companies jointly demonstrated the production process of plastic bottles, from high-speed blowing to visual inspection of bottle bodies, to automated packaging production lines. This is a process from bottle body production to quality control.
At the exhibition, the equipment from Victor, KeyeTech, and Tianqi Automation was dynamically connected and operated, showcasing the 1-out-of-6 cavity large bottle dedicated hybrid electric injection blow molding machine, high-speed leak tester, AI fully automatic bottle vision inspection production line, and packaging machine. The dynamic operation provided attendees with a real factory experience, allowing them to fully understand the plant layout and the operational effects of equipment such as bottle blowing, leak testing, inspection, and packaging.
During the use of the injection blow molding machine, products may have holes and appearance defects due to raw material and environmental interference. Tianqi Automation’s leak tester employs the vacuum decay method to detect products, removing those with holes through negative pressure. Meanwhile, KeyeTech’s AI fully automatic bottle vision inspection machine inspects bottles for appearance defects such as black spots, uneven thickness, and dirt. After inspection, defective products are removed, and good products are conveyed to the packaging machine for sealing.
The collaboration between Victor Machinery, Keyetech, and Tianqi Automation demonstrates that only through continuous technological innovation and cross-industry collaboration can drive the plastic packaging industry to a higher level of development in the traditional yet challenging field of plastic packaging.
