We can say anything can be seen by eyes the vision inspection system can inspect it. For example, the normal production defect caused during the production like black spot, short mold, appearance damage, deformation, color difference, stains, etc. All of which normally appearance on the plastic packaging products.
For the label print there would be some printing defect, like oil splashing, label miss, label crooked, misprinting, etc.

Two ways for the machines commissioning:
We send our experienced engineer for on-site commissioning, who will arrive at customer’s location within one week as soon as machine’s arrival. The engineer will be in charge of machine’s installation, adjustment and training.
Customer can also send their own engineer to us for learning by himself at their own expense, we will arrange our engineer for training course, including mechanical and system. as the vision inspection machine manufacturer we guarantee long term service and technic support.
